Disperse Construction Scanner / Supervisor [Saudi Arabia]

 

Your mission

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and driven Site Operative to oversee the progress of constrcution projects in Riyadh. We're expanding our business across Saudi Arabia and we need a bold, action-oriented problem solver comfortable on construction sites.

You will be responsible for taking high quality images of some of the most exciting construction sites in the world. You will visit large and prestigious sites in Riyadh, record their progress using 360 cameras and upload remotely from home.

The role places you at the forefront of our day-to-day operations, giving you responsibility and ownership from day one. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of valuable tracking and while maintaining and improving on quality and efficiency metrics.

Some of the work that you will be doing includes:

• 
  Visiting sites, conducting large scale image capture and uploading to our company server.

• Working directly with our high profile clients.

• Liaising with stakeholders to make sure information is communicated swiftly and efficiently.

• Monitoring progress across all projects and solving potential issues.

• Contributing to the development and evolution of our processes and ways of working.

Your profile

Our ideal candidate will:

• 
  Be comfortable on construction sites

• Fluent Arabic language skills

• Substantial English language skills

• Thrive at solving problems quickly and keep cool in stressful situations

• Have a strong bias for action

• Be analytical with a desire to measure outcomes

• Be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. No visa sponsorship is available for this position

In addition, it is useful but not essential, if:

• You speak any additional languages

• You have previous experience in the construction industry, or understanding of the construction tech landscape

• You have previous experience in a startup environment
