We are Quadcode, a company that develops a SaaS trading platform for clients all over the world.
We are seeking a highly motivated and decisive individual to join our team as a Procurement Specialist.
As a Procurement Specialist you will ensure that services are delivered on time and meet quality standards; negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Tasks in the role
- procuring equipment, acquiring training, obtaining office supplies, and acquiring merchandise
- negotiating contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions;
- building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of services and equipment;
- monitoring vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions;
- responding to vendor inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain;
- strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with vendors;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
- strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions;
- time-management skills;
- teamwork skills;
- adaptability;
- Excellent English language skills;
- compliance with processes/regulations.
