As a Studio Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth studio operations, managing client relationships, and supporting in day to day graphic visuals and mock-ups. Responsibilities:
- Assist the graphic design team in developing captivating visual concepts and layouts for inhouse brochures, flyers, and promotional Sales materials.
- Handle office administration tasks, including maintaining digital files and records, and handling correspondence with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by managing client inquiries, building relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate and work with the sales team to identify potential leads, prepare sales materials, and support the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
- Assist with print production tasks, such as file preparation, colour management, quality control checks, and co-ordinating with production vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new printing technologies to contribute fresh ideas and innovative techniques.
