The Fashion & Home Intern is responsible for supporting the Fashion and Home licensing business in Poland with commercial, creative / designing, and marketing skills. Reporting to Fashion & Home Category Manager. This also includes working in partnership with, regional and local partners and key retail accounts.
Support in monitoring and management of Fashion & Home Polish key accounts as well as Global and EMEA based partners who operate within the Polish market
Prepare presentations and creative fashion & home inspirations; ad hoc Design / Product Development / moodboards / trends direction to inspire key licensees as required.
Support in implementation of fashion business plan and promotions to ensure alignment with EMEA Fashion and Retail strategy
Support quarterly business reviews (product development, range planning, retail & marketing planning, revenue reporting and forecasting)
Work closely with Franchise, Retail and Marketing departments
Undertake research projects with the Fashion & Home and Product Development teams to maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and fashion trends
Manage fashion & home product samples and co-manage storage room with licensed products
Manage data base
Fashion knowledge and interest in product development. A plus understanding of manufacturing/sourcing
Clear communicator across all mediums
Attention to detail and an artistic eye
Strong organizational abilities
Commercial and creative / design skills.
PC Skills: Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel required. Working Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design is a plus
Addresses challenges, exhibiting curiosity and creativity in approach to work. Has a 'can-do' attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effectively
Language: Fluent in English and Polish
Interest in licensing, design and entertainment and animation
Experience within the Polish Fashion & Home industry
Experience in international environment
Design Degree or qualification preferred
