Immediate opening. Experienced cook needed for the restaurant. The restaurant is part of the Hotel and services tourists, local community and hotel guests. Accomodation can be provided on property if required. Main duties will be, to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and effectively. Keeping track of kitchen inventory and promoting food safety. Maintaining cleanliness and order, managing other employees, serve as liaison between the kitchen and servers, and to ensure the workplace is compliant with local safety standards. Preparing food according to customer preference. Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of foods. Monitoring and managing cooking tools and ingredients.

Part-time hours: 32-40 per week
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
