Job Duties
- Liaise with clients and customer service, handling complaints and settle problems
- Understand each department’s (e.g. Sales) daily processes and goals
- Provide administrative support
- Get familiar with personnel duties
- Monitor staff productivity and develop initiatives toward enhanced job performance.
- Comprehensive on the job training provided.
Job Requirements:
