Ling Nam Restaurant Brief Background:
Ling Nam Restaurant started as a small "hole in the wall" noodle shop way back 1950. Ling Nam Noodle House is one of the pioneer noodle houses located in the Chinatown in downtown Manila. According to its founder, Ling Nam has the original fast- food concept in the country. It was just a menu of beef wanton noodles and siopao.
Fast forward to today, Ling Nam has reengineered under a new management team, Fruitas Holdings Inc., with keen vision of bringing the Ling Nam's old glory as the best tasting noodle house in the country.
Ling Nam's branches are in Quezon City, San Juan City, Manila City, Baguio City, and soon in Zamboanga City. Ling Nam will also be serving soon in different locations in the metro.
