About the Role:
The Hardware Technician will be responsible to facilitate the availability of Business System’s Technical infrastructure to internal customers by monitoring, implementation and support of IT Infrastructure, primarily Windows Authentication and Desktop support in accordance with the needs of the business and harden security in hardware by adhering to security policy, procedures and standards during the installation of IT equipment’s.
Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Should be holding bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
Monitor the availability of all IT services, and escalate to second level support where ever necessary.
Record known problems and experience in Helpdesk software for future reference.
Deliver MS Operation System, and office product support.
Monitor and Ensure Anti-Virus pattern updates.
Deliver Domain Authentication support.
Should be a good team player.
Excellent Communication Skills required.
