Your Opportunity
We are currently looking for Case Workers and Youth Workers based across our Dubbo services including working with young offenders, young people at risk and those experiencing mental health issues.
These roles will attract engaging Youth Workers and Case Manages who have a passion for working with young people experiencing homelessness, AOD, and other underlying issues. Case Managers who want the opportunity to be able to intervene early and enable children and young people to thrive.
Your key responsibilities could include:
- Respond in a timely manner to referrals and conduct intake processes within guidelines
- Deliver intensive case management supports to young people and their families
- Deliver a range of evidence-based behaviour and family interventions to address risk factors
- Build relationships based on trust and respect, and that involve listening and honesty
Requirements for Success
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Cert IV or higher) in Youth Work, Case Management etc.
- A background in the child, youth & family and/or homelessness sectors
- Extensive experience in Case Management and working with young people
- Current NSW Driving Licence
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
