Maxol Ballinrea near Carrigaline is looking for an passionate, detailed, motivated, experienced full-time Store Supervisor , to join our team.
This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work.
Daily duties:
- Processing till transactions. Cash handling skills and experience with a point of sales system.
- Advising & serving customers
- Assisting customers providing them the information on pricing and product availability
- Shop packing, ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
- Good product and customer service knowledge.
- Hygiene, health, and safety and HACCP knowledge.
- Shop experience of 1 year required.
- Making orders
- Training new staff
- Delegating tasks to the team
Personal skills:
- Having a friendly and engaging personality.
- Comfortable working with members of the public.
- Grow your knowledge of all products and encourage staff to do the same.
- Should have a confident manner.
- Must be helpful and polite.
- You should have a comprehensive understanding of your area of sales/retail/FMCG
- Able to work as part of a sales team.
