The team is responsible for ensuring the organization continuously builds and develops its leadership, functional and technical skills so that our people can deliver the business strategy and achieve future goals. Our new digital-first learning and development strategy includes building a skills-based learning curriculum that incorporates best-in-class learning content (digital, virtual, and in-person) and is supported by robust learning technology and processes. creating a highly engaging learning environment for our people through consulting, advising, developing solutions, and offering learning programs and resources that help people grow and move in their careers.
The Learning and Digital Experience Senior Associate will:
Delivering the digital learning experience
- Work closely with L&D colleagues, HR and business leads to develop and deploy innovative learning solutions that support business success.
- Create and edit digital content using a variety of instructional design tools, including Articulate, Vyond, and Adobe Creative.
- Scope in-house digital design projects and manage content development/input from subject matter experts (SMEs) in the business and external vendors.
- Provide expertise to the Learning & Career Development team and SMEs on creating digital resources: bite-sized/microlearning, video, podcasts, e-learning, graphics, animation, and augmented reality.
- Develop and update blended learning paths to support L&D programs and initiatives.
- Curate content from different sources (digital content library resources, vendors, internal SME input, online resources, learning aids).
- Provide expertise in virtual delivery (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and upskill facilitators as needed.
- Provide expertise to create required continuous professional education assessments within designated learning content.
- Quality assure all digital learning content.
- Maintain and develop dedicated learning Sharepoint site.
- Generate ongoing learner engagement with targeted learning paths and social/peer learning networks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest thinking and global best practice in digital learning, instructional design, and learning technology.
Digital-first learning strategy
- Execute and deliver the digital/learning technology strategy.
- Support delivery of the learning content strategy.
- Deliver and contribute to the evaluation strategy to measure the impact of learning and development initiatives.
- Support the learning governance and communication strategy.
Learning technology
- Support learning management system administration in collaboration with the dedicated LMS Administrator.
- Support digital content library administration.
